The videos can be viewed in Windows Media Player version 9 (or higher). After you click on the link, a new frame is opened in which the video will start. Because of loading, this can take a while (approx. 30 seconds dependent of your connection). I don’t see any images You probably have a ‘lower’ version than the Windows Media Player version 9. If you click on the video-link and you only see a black frame with a light-grey button beam, you have an older version. You can also see what kind of version you have by first starting the Media Player separately. If you click on the button ‘info’ in the menu you can see the version number of your Windows Media Player. Download Users of Windows can download the most recent Windows Media Player here and Apple Macintosh users can download the Windows Media Player for Macintosh here. Users of linux can view the video with Xine and Mplayer software. Don’t forget to restart your computer after downloading and installing the new version! You can now view the video of your choice. Possible problems When during downloading or installing you get a warning that you don’t have enough rights to install the software, contact your web / system administrator. Is your software installed but you still don’t see a video? Contact your web / system administrator as well. It can happen that you are not allowed to watch streaming videos in an office environment. The Media Player will open but the image will not be loaded. Problems within the network of your internet service provider can lead to an incomplete video.
