From 1991 to 1999, Henk Koning (1933) was President of the Dutch National Audit Office, one of the High Offices of State. He was State Secretary for the Interior Ministry in the Van Agt I Cabinet, and then State Secretary for the Treasury in the Lubbers II Cabinet. For many years he represented the People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy in the Dutch Lower Chamber. What is more, Henk Koning fills and has filled many other offices in various management roles, Supervisory Boards and Advisory Committees. In 1981 he was appointed Knight in the Order of the Lion of the Netherlands, and in 1989 to Grand Officer in the Order of Orange-Nassau. |

Loek Hermans (1951) holds different offices in various executive and non-executive bodies. Since 2007 Hermans has represented the People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy in the Dutch Upper Chamber. Loek Hermans has held almost every post imaginable in public office. For instance, he was member of the Municipal Council of Nijmegen, member of the Lower Chamber, Lord Mayor of Zwolle, the Queen’s Commissioner in Friesland and Minister for Education, Culture and Science in the Kok II Cabinet, in that order. In 1989 he was appointed Knight in the Order of the Lion of the Netherlands, and in 2002 to Officer in the Order of Orange-Nassau. |
Mrs A. (Anne-Wil) Duthler

Anne-Wil Duthler (1967) is founder of ‘Duthler Associates’, a consultancy in the field of governance, law and ICT that advises governments and businesses on the strategic application, legal conditions, substance and quality of information provision. Since 2007 she has represented the People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy in the Dutch Upper Chamber. Anne-Wil Duthler is secretary to the Supervisory Board of the Netherlands Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers and committee member of the Dutch Complaints Bureau for Discrimination, Amsterdam Division. Furthermore, she is also a researcher and lecturer at Leiden University. |
W.H.J.M. (Wiel) Hillebrandt

Wiel Hillebrandt (1942) has been Chairman of the Royal Dutch Cremation Society ‘the Facultatieve’ since 2006. Prior to that he was Secretary and member of the Members Council over a number of years. In business, Hillebrandt has been active in marketing, and specialized as a market researcher at various top Dutch companies, such as store chains and supermarkets.
