Westerveld Cemetery & Crematorium takes part in the Uitvaartbeurs in Haarlem (the Netherlands)

The second Uitvaartbeurs takes place on the 19th April in the St. Bavokerk in Haarlem. The theme this year is ‘Don’t forget me’. Westerveld Cemetery & Crematorium - part of ‘the Facultatieve Group’ - is one of the exhibitors. The stand of Westerveld Cemetery & Crematorium (standnumber 54) will give a clear picture of the various options available for a funeral. Not only the arrangements for the ceremony, but also post-ceremony condolences for example, where virtually anything is possible these days. With a view to the theme of the trade fair, visitors will of course also be informed about the annual Concerto in Memoriam, to be performed on Sunday 8 June 2008. With this concert, Westerveld aims to provide as many people as possible with the opportunity to remember their loved ones. The concert has a wide appeal, as can be evidenced by the fact that it attracts thousands of visitors each year. The open-air concert in the Westerveld memorial park is free to anyone who wishes to attend. The Uitvaartbeurs is open from 10am until 5.30pm. Besides Westerveld, more than 80 other exhibitors will share with the visitor existing and new products and services for terminal care, saying goodbye, remembrance, handling of grief and special types of funeral.
