Together with Hygeco International and Facultatieve Technologies, and with a joint stand of some four hundred square metres, 'the Facultatieve Group' was a major presence at the Salon Funeraire funerary exhibition in Paris. Many visitors found their way to the stand.
The stand was divided into four islands, with each island having a different focus. Facultatieve Technologies demonstrated a variety of technical systems that comply with the most stringent environmental requirements across the globe. Hygeco International Post Mortem Assistance generated lots of interest with a vehicle featuring a special interior which had been developed in-house and designed to transport up to 4 bodies in separate body trays.
And there was plenty of show space for products too. The new and unique urn collection was a popular feature and was very well received. The Hygeco International website could be viewed on iPads on the stand. A key focus on the Hygeco International stand was a new columbarium. This columbarium is unique in that each niche is sealed using a single printed ceramic tile. Together, all the different tiles form one large image. Beautiful works by Dutch painters Johannes Vermeer and Vincent van Gogh had been chosen specially for the exhibition.
And, for business contacts, there was a unique boat tour down the Seine at the end of the second day of the exhibition. During this evening tour, ‘Le Paquebot’ – a former grain ship – allowed some three hundred guests to enjoy the world famous monuments of Paris from the water. A truly unique experience.
