In order to offer optimum support to its software users, the IT company, TroBit – part of ‘the Facultatieve Group’ –organised a special ‘Contact Day’ for its customers on 4 April at the Moscowa Cemetery & Crematorium in Arnhem. A great deal of information and experiences were exchanged that day and, in addition, TroBit’s specialists answered questions in detail.
In order to serve various user groups (cemeteries and crematoria, insurers and undertakers) in the best possible way, the TroBit Contact Day was split up into three parts. Users could ask the developers specific questions for each section. The responses, comments and findings that were raised during the Contact Day will be included in subsequent software updates.
New online products
Various new online products were presented on 4 April, such as Begraafplaatslite (for cemeteries) and Uitvaartlite (for funerals). The response to these new products was also very positive. In short, the TroBit Contact Day was a great success.
