Mr Jaap A. de Bruijn MBA, Managing Director of Facultatieve Verzekeringen (insurances) has been appointed to the Executive Board of ‘the Facultatieve Group’ with effect from 1st July 2005. The appointment of Mr De Bruijn, who is responsible for finances within the Board, took place by nomination of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board at the normal meeting of share holders.
Because of the positive developments within ‘the Facultatieve Group’ and the increasing need to manage all (international) money and currency issues, the Department of Finance is of great importance. The responsibilities of Mr De Bruijn as Managing Director of Facultatieve Verzekeringen remain unchanged. |
