Incinerator Specialists Inc. joins Facultatieve Technologies
|
|
Per July 1st Incinerator Specialists Inc. (ISI) will become a part of the Facultatieve Technologies Group. Facultatieve will merge ISI with their current subsidiary Facultatieve Technologies The Americas Inc.
ISI, founded in 1937, is one of the leading U.S. companies in the field of manufacture and maintenance of cremators and incinerators. ISI operates a modern production facility in Medina OH (near Cleveland). Facultatieve Technologies is world market leader in the fields of design, construction and maintenance of cremators and incineration equipment, with a history that dates back to 1874.
Perfect fit “The two companies are a perfect fit,” says Louis Schaefer V, President of ISI. “Facultatieve puts clients first in everything they do, just like us. The client comes first. That is why ISI has been so successful over the years. Especially in the field of service and maintenance. Our growth has taken such a flight, it was time to look for a strong technical and financial partner, so we can take the next step. Facultatieve Technologies was our first choice. They speak our language. I am very happy that this deal could be made and I will be proud to continue our work under the flag of this impressive organization.”
Client satisfaction “Almost two years ago we decided to open a small company in the United States. We wanted to see if we could generate interest in our products.” Henry J. Keizer President & CEO of ‘the Facultatieve Group’ continues, “and that was the case. It also became clear to us that if we wanted to be successful, we would need our own local production facility and an American network of service engineers. Instead of building all of that up from scratch, we started looking for potential take-over partners. ISI is a company with an impressive history, driven by achieving client satisfaction. They believe in partnership with the client, just like we do. I am very pleased that Mr. Louis Schaefer V will join our team. Together we will achieve great things, there is no doubt in my mind.”
“We will concentrate first on the implementation of our concept of a Customer Care Unit,” explains Patrick De Meyer, Facultatieve Technologies’ Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “This has been a great success in other parts of the world. Service is the greatest concern of any client. Within ‘the Facultatieve Group’ we have five crematoria in The Netherlands. We know how it feels when there is suddenly a breakdown. Many clients in the U.S. only have one cremator, when that brakes down you want an engineer to be there that same day, not next week! ISI has a great track record regarding their response on emergency repairs. Some of our competitors unfortunately can not claim that kind of success. That forces their clients into the arms of small local service providers that don’t have the necessary in dept know-how of the cremator. A small thing can become serious and problems really start to build up. We will offer clients a fast response by experienced engineers, that is the concept of our Customer Care Unit.” |
