FDI Cremation and FDI Fumisterie (Bricking) become part of Facultatieve Technologies
| The activities of FDI Cremation and FDI Fumisterie – specialists in France in the field of cremation and rebricking – will be transferred to Facultatieve Technologies France SA, as per April 1st 2003. For Facultatieve Technologies this creates an impressive growth in their activities in France. The amalgamation of the organisations will create a Customer Care Unit for France with nationwide coverage. Clients will be supported by regional engineers, giving even faster response times in the event of an emergency breakdown. The current product lines of both companies will be continued.
FDI (Fours Delot International) is based in Sainte Savine (150 km from Paris) and was founded by Henri Delot in 1908. The company was taken over by Maguin SAS in February 1994. FDI, have an impressive experience and know how, and supply cremators, incinerators and bricking services to the highest standards. They are active in France, Belgium, The Netherlands and the Czech Republic. Well trained engineers are based in all regions of France. A dedicated R&D department is active in the development of new products and services.
“We are extremely pleased with this takeover,” says Mr Henry Keizer, President & C.E.O. of ‘the Facultatieve Group’. “The high level of quality that FDI has presented to their clients over the years is a close fit to the standards for equipment and services within our Group. That is also one of the reasons why we are not going to make changes to the product lines of FDI.”
