Executive Board appoints Mr P.P.G. De Meyer

Mr P.P.G. De Meyer, Vice-President Sales & Marketing of Facultatieve Technologies, has been appointed as a member of the Executive Board of ‘the Facultatieve Group’ as per June 1st 2003. The appointment of Mr De Meyer, who is responsible for Sales & Marketing within the Executive Board took place on the recommendation of the Executive Board and the Board of Supervisors by the Annual General Meeting. Given the developments within ‘the Facultatieve Group’, Sales and Marketing have become increasingly important for ‘the Facultatieve Group’ – and most certainly at international level. We place so much worth on these disciplines that a decision was taken to supplement the Executive Board with this new portfolio. There is no change in the responsibilities of Mr De Meyer as Vice-President Sales & Marketing of Facultatieve Technologies.
